The CB100 is designed specifically for practical conformal coating spray application and offers the perfect extraction facility for spray coating of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Developed with the operator in mind, this compactly designed, freestanding Conformal Coating booth offers improved performance and excellent Health & Safety protection. Equipped with the facility for effective downward draft extraction, the CB100 is available as a basic model, or fully equipped with all accessories (see below).
Superior quality UV lighting, the highest specification optional equipment and a ‘made to measure’ fabrication service make the CB100 a superb alternative to existing models.
Each unit is designed, manufactured and assembled to your specific requirements, and can be upgraded to include any or all of our range of optional extras, including: automated 90° indexing turntable; dual stainless steel pressure pot systems; Teflon coated internal panels; full-face breathing apparatus plus solvent exposure monitoring system with alarm and logging facility.
