Neil is a 38 year veteran in the IT industry having been responsible for architecture, consultancy and support for NCR, McDonnell Douglas and AT&T. He has built significant experience of designing the next-generation, ‘lights-out’ SMT production line of the future, for the SMT industry.

Neil is responsible for providing Sales Support for our representative and manufacturing partners, as well as contract, documentation and campaign management.

Craig has been involved in the development, management and marketing of advanced technology products for over 12 years since leaving university in Edinburgh with a degree in software engineering. He has been involved in several early-stage companies, including as Product Manager for a U.S. video compression technology company, and has been a senior technical resource with a major AOI company.

Craig brings to the company a passionate focus on customer and market needs and is responsible for X-AXYS' product management and marketing activities, and for ensuring our partners get the most out of their relationship with us.

David has worked within the SMT industry at senior executive level for over 20 years, including as Managing Director of a European manufacturing centre for a major U.S. reflow oven company, and Vice President of Sales for an industry leading AOI company.

David is the main contact for X-AXYS' manufacturing partners and our affiliated representative companies. With manufacturing capability in China, USA and Europe, David also handles X-AXYS' outsourcing services to assist manufacturers in improving their profit and competitiveness.

Sandy has been involved with Test and Inspection products in the bare board, semi-conductor and SMT sectors for over 25 years, initially in design and development roles and latterly in sales and marketing. Until joining X-AXYS in late 2005 he had spent the previous 8 years heading up the European operations of a major SMT AOI company.

Sandy is responsible for providing technical due diligence on all new products introduced to the X-AXYS portfolio. He is also responsible for overseeing the commercial operations.
